Print & Placeorder confirmation we emailed to you in the box with the ventilator you are shipping to us.
Estimate Upon receiving your Machine our Factory Trained technicians will perform an initial Evaluation to verify the Service requested.
Approval or RejectionUpon your approval of the estimate, an invoice due upon receipt will be sent you.
Invoice Once the Invoice is paid, we will perform the requested service and return the unit back to you within 7 business days from clear payment. *
* If parts are on back order from manufacturer will update you of expected date of completing the work.
Additional Repairs:If while servicing your vent and additional repairs are required, we will contact you with a revised estimatepriorto completing any repairs above and beyond PM Service requested.
If the Original or Revised repair estimate is declined, the unit will be returned as we received it at no additional charge to you.
The shipping option chosen by you at checkout will be the shipping option we will use when we ship the item back to you once work is completed.
