REQUIREMENT TO RENT:
Please REPLY to the order confirmation email you received from us after you placed your order with the following to ship your order.
• Copy of a Valid US ID
• Copy of a Valid US ID
• A valid credit card or a valid state ID is required.
• Copy of an Official Mail showing your name (or company Name) and address
• ACH banking Info for the name on the rental order to bill monthly rental fee.

A security deposit might be required to complete your rental and will be refunded upon the machine being received back to us.
This is a rental unit and not for the purchase of an actual unit. You will receive the product for the amount of time you paid for. In order to rent from us, you will have to fill out a form that will be emailed to you when you purchase the rental.
